As one of the country’s largest not-for-profits supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour and complex needs, we are driven by our values. People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything we do and we want every person we support to have a great life, with excellent outcomes. We are always working to improve standards – our own and across the sector. Dimensions was one of the pioneers of personalised support, showing how it works in practice, and enabling thousands of people to have greater choice and control.

Time designers Ltd is a small company co owned by Rachel Mason, a family carer with 2 sons with Autism and Learning disabilities.

The 247grid is a perfect resource for service professionals and care providers to have in their tool kit when working with individuals and their families Along side traditional Person centred planning tools, this visual mapping tool is really effective to support a client to look at the structure of their daily lives, identify the barriers and the support they need to achieve their goals.

The 247grid is then a key resource to aid the deployment of services and other innovative use of assistive technology and community solutions to address the barriers effectively.

Those clients with few literacy skills can be engaged in every aspect of their support delivery using the 247grid's visual display and empowering format. It is very helpful in explaining where their funding is being spent.
